Every day, we get calls about cats who need help — the injured, the abandoned, the ones no one else can take. But before we can say “yes,” we have to ask ourselves one heartbreaking question: Do we have a spot for them?

At Second Chance Sheridan Cat Rescue, our Adoption Center is almost always full — more than 100 cats fill our rooms at any given time. Each spot represents a life already saved. Every time a cat gets adopted, receives medical care, or moves into one of our recovery suites, it opens a space for another cat waiting to come in from the cold.

That’s what this campaign is all about.

For the next 15 days, we’re raising $15,000 to Save Their Spots — to make sure there’s always room for the next cat who needs us. Your donation keeps those doors open, kennels ready, and spaces waiting for the next second chance.

Each gift adds a paw print to our Wall of Hope at the adoption center— a colorful display that will grow day by day as our community steps up to make sure no cat is left without a spot.

• ♡ Community Paw: Any size donation under $150
  Every act of compassion matters! Any donation under $150 will add a small white pawprint to our Wall of Hope — representing the many caring people who make this work possible.
  
  
• ❤️ Safe Spot Paw: $150
  Provides food, warmth, and care for one rescued cat. Adds a red pawprint with your name or dedication to our Wall of Hope.
  
  
• 💚 Wellness Paw: $250
  Covers spay/neuter surgery and vaccines for one cat entering our program. Adds a green pawprint with your name or dedication to our Wall of Hope.
  
  
• 💛 Healing Paw: $500
  Supports medical care for a special-needs or long-term resident cat. Adds a yellow pawprint with your name or dedication to our Wall of Hope and a thank-you mention on social media.
  
  
• 💙 Lifesaver Paw: $1,000
  Funds a life-saving surgery — like a leg amputation, enucleation, or critical emergency treatment. Adds a large blue pawprint with your name or dedication to our Wall of Hope and includes a personalized thank-you photo from the cat you helped save.
  
  
• 💜 Suite Sponsor Paw: $2,000
  Sponsors one of our six cat suites for the rest of the year, helping provide specialized care for cats who need extra attention. Includes a purple paw print with your name or dedication to our Wall of Hope, a feature on social media, and updates from the cats living in your sponsored space.
